LAN HA BAY 2 DAYS 1 NIGHT
Day 1
Hanoi – Cat Ba Island – Ha Long Bay/Lan Ha Bay (L, D)
We will pick you up in Hanoi in the morning and drive you to Haiphong, followed by a speedboat to Cat Ba Island, where you’ll embark on the traditional wooden junk to enjoy a seafood lunch as you cruise through Lan Ha Bay. The cruise then makes its way into Ha Long Bay proper, working your way between little islands through narrow paths inaccessible to larger boats. You’ll then make a stop at a floating village, followed by an excursion into a large limestone cave filled with beautiful lagoons.
You’ll round out the day with some relaxation, as we take you to Three Peaches Beach where you can swim, snorkel amongst the corals or simply relax on the beach. Once the sun sets you return to the boat to enjoy a delicious seafood dinner, followed by an overnight stay on-board.
Day 2
Lan Ha Bay – Hanoi (B, L)
Rising to the sound of the ocean, you can enjoy sunrise and breakfast on board before continuing through the bay. Today, you will board the kayaks to explore Lan Ha Bay and visit a fish farm followed by lunch on board. Whilst you are enjoying your lunch, the boat will take you back to Cat Ba Island where you will disembark to begin the journey back Hanoi. You will arrive back in the capital at around 18:00.
LAN HA BAY 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS
Day 1
Hanoi – Cat Ba Island – Lan Ha Bay (L ,D)
We will pick you up in Hanoi in the morning and drive you to Haiphong, followed by a speedboat to Cat Ba Island, where you’ll embark on the traditional wooden junk to enjoy a seafood lunch as you cruise through Lan Ha Bay. The cruise then makes its way into Ha Long Bay proper, working your way between little islands through narrow paths inaccessible to larger boats. At this time you can drink in the sunset over the bay, a truly magical site, before being served a freshly prepared seafood dinner followed by your overnight stay on the boat.
Day 2
Lan Ha Bay (B, L, D)
Early risers will be rewarded with a magnificent sunrise from the top deck, followed by breakfast on-board before you set out in kayaks to explore Lan Ha Bay, visiting a floating village to learn about the way of life there.
After lunch, you can relax as the boat takes you further out into Bai Tu Long Bay where you can visit Dau Be Island and enjoy a completely deserted and serene beach. From here you can kayak to discover Ho Ba Ham, which are three beautiful hidden lagoons. Finally, you will cruise back to Lan Ha Bay where you anchor overnight while enjoying drinks and dinner during sunset
Day 3
Lan Ha Bay – Cat Ba Island – Hanoi (B, L)
After breakfast, it’s time to head for dry land and visit Cat Ba National Park. After disembarking the cruise you’ll get to go on a cycling trip to Viet Hai Village, followed by a trek to Army Mountain for a panoramic view of the island and bay surrounding it. After exploring the park you will return to the boat for one final meal before returning to Hanoi.
